God can create a multi-billion year old universe, solar shstem, sun and earth if He wanted to in a finite instance. Hence why I as a Christian prescribe somewhat to the simulation theory to explain Creation and eventually the Fall, in which some element of entropy/sin was introduced to the underlying fabric of the system.
