You can gain a better life by sacrificing your children by not having them, aborting them or having a lifestyle that will fuck them over. however cosmically this is the same as taking (your) child and sacrificing it, just on another scale of reality, but the effects staying the same since it is the same deed just on a different point of view or different kind of cause and effect.
