I’ve heard about the Texas heroine trade all my life, had a couple of family members that were in and out of rehab and the TDC. It’s always coming by that Texas heroine trade, all these years and I suspect that now there is a lot of drug money being exchanged with the good and is circulating within the current we’re trying so desperately to keep clean.
And it also appears that all of this just might end in a major drug bust. Thing is, I suspect some powers that be will lose there funding. They don’t miss it, because the don’t know its gone and all that entails.
It also appears that there wasn’t much supervision or protocol as to what money was coming from where
in this very source sensitive operation. Clearly. Or it was simply reformed to suit whoever. Contribution based I suspect. That’s where it all went sideways.
