She did help me turn my life around in other ways. I went from mommy's basement NEET to six figure career and owning my own house. I've got nothing to escape from cause life is pretty chill now, but the sense of unease being in a male body never left.
I'm going to another civilian therapist who specializes in this shit for a sanity check. But I don't need their sign-off cause I live in an informed consent state, so it's literally just a trip to the doc or planned parenthood and I get the magic pills.
