Are you really losing anything by using time more efficiently that was previously spent on 'batin. For me i've noticed I can do more reps and actually enjoy running now. I think it has something to do with increased testosterone levels and decreased prolactin levels. Pain tolerance is higher as a result. Downside is occasionally I'll get a boner at work(latina coworkers barely wearing anything), but flexing my body usually fixes that issue. Give it a try. Is feeling horny such an impossible consequence to bear?
