Only Nigeria, Senegal, Eritrea, Djibouti, and maybe Sudan might thrive and for some that's saying a LOT about their worst off neighbors state of affairs. Also I would like to add Rwanda to that list but realistically Uganda could sperg out again and fuck with them or the country could end up getting wiped out by a volcano. I didn't count North African countries because technically it's just a Middle East enclave minus Algeria I guess else Tunisia would be on that list.
