Okay! You're gonna need quite a few things for this, so do try to follow along:
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 lbs of chicken tenders
- 1 c panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c regular breadcrumbs (not pictured)
- 1 tsp paprika (not smoked, unless you want that)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 c grated parmesan
