>How goes it?good, todaty was good but kinda bad basicallly got really fuckign mad and let it lead for hours but it didnt completely take over,n othing crazy or anything even close to stravation so number one it feels good to be not mad after being really mad number two it feels good to exert self control since thats who i want to be and especially when you have contrasting instances when i gave my emotions too much undue influence, i dont want to be a slave to my emotions, its not about ignoring them its just about not surrendering your autonomy to them so basically even thouhg there were "bad" things that happened it was still a good day
