Ephesians 2:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 That in the ages [aion] to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
If they were consistent they would have translated it as
...in the eternities/forevers (or forever and ever) to come (Ep. 2:7).
Think about this their multiple ages in the future according to the verse above, the next age is the millennium, and there is another age after that, the great white throne judgment
Ephesians 3:9 King James Version
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world [aion] hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
If they were consistent they would have translated it as
...from the beginnings of the eternities/forevers (or forever and ever) (Ep. 3:9).
A better translation would be…
...from the beginnings of the ages (Ep. 3:9).
Colossians 1:26 King James Version
26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages [aion] and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
If they were consistent they would have translated it as
...hidden from eternities/forevers (or forever and ever)…but now…revealed (Col. 1:26).
A better translation would be…
...hidden from ages but now…revealed (Col. 1:26).
