Factorio with Space Exploration mod. You need to visit other planets and moons and colonize them for their resources. Often they are inhabited by giant bugs. You can systematically genocide the entire planet/moon and wipe out all traces of native life since in the mod planets are finite in size. Later when you reach higher technologies you can just unleash a virus on the planet to eradicate life in one easy step.
If you don't kill them off they will continue to attack you in waves and leave some nice pile of bodies at your wall until you get tired of them and wipe out their hives with artillery or nukes. The game reminds me of that scene from the movie Zulu.
