It's sort of true. If you look at professional models and people Asians find attractive, they tend to have more western features, like western eyes and western noses. These sorts of girls can be really pretty, but personally I think there are girls how look more Asian who look prettier. I think Asian girls with small eyes can be really pretty, like the Korean girl from Squid Games, but most Asians would think she looks "too Asian."
I remember watching Lalaland with my Japanese girlfriend and she said she thought Emma Stone wasn't very pretty because her mouth was too big. She was surprised when I told her I thought she was pretty and so do a lot of American men.
