cold brewing tea is all the rage right?
so yesterday i make a 1.5 liter container and put it in the fridge.
can't have been in there longer than a day right?
i take it out and drink a little and noticed a white spot in it. i kinda wondered if that was mold? so i sipped it and swished it around in my mouth.
it was actually kinda gelatinous surrounding that white lump i guess it was penicillin growing? as i spat it out it held together strong enough to hold together in a long stringy mass. i am kind of horrified. i'm trying to again in the freezer hopefully that doesn't happen again. i'm surprised i didn't vomit everywhere and i think i'll be more careful from now on. thanks for reading my blog.
