>>22310819I agree but if we specifically talk about IQ, which is the number measured more commonly and considered intellect (even though it isn't) it's correct, IQ measures pattern recognition based on mathematical logic and it is indeed people to prepare for those tests if you just want to stroke you Epeen.
But when it comes down to true intellect, which is defined by:
>The speed of learning new skills/knowledge>The ability to take that knowledge and morph it into previously unexplored one (in other words, inventing)Then what you need to understand is how our brain works, particularly what is known so far about neuroplasticity, you want to grow as many neurons and neural connections between them as possible, there's some foods that are recognized to do this, like lion's mane and some spices among them, then you need to actually use your brain, specifically to learn new things, languages ( doesn't matter if it's a programming language or a spoken language), really anything you previously didn't know how to do, the farther it is from your current skills, the better, that will force your brain to create new neural connections.
Of course, keep away from any poison, micro plastics, heavy metals (including vaccines) and other substances found in mass produced products and that could potentially be in the air.
