>>20210749>>20210764>>20210749I thought they were a scam meme too, I mean just look at them, I imagined they would never go high in T° or break after a year or some shit (but then again, it's just a heat resistance, it just never breaks). That's until I went into specialized pizza forums, even Italian ones, where they were all over it, and even making crazy mods for them. It just werks.
The catch is, it's good for 1-2 persons. You'll have a hard time making a complete pizza party with a dozen of friends with just one of theses, unless you wait a bit for the oven to go up again in T° and heat up the stone again between cooked pizzas.
Of course you can go better than theses, but again, the prices goes up exponentially. Specialized ovens you'll find for pizza trucks for example, they'll go to 500°, but you're looking at 500-600 bucks pricepoint. I don't think it's worth it, but hey, why not, I'm pretty sure we've wasted bucks on worse things, and here you'll always get something out of it, so it's not the worst.
>>20210776I never tried it, but it should, I know people did it. Though it would be a waste, I think. Frozen pizza are "studied" so it werks just fine with a regular oven. But it's not the same as a pizza you made yourself, really.
