The spiciest peppers were developed by a white guy in North Carolina (Carolina Reaper). The best hot sauces you can get anywhere are ones made by small scale white farmsteaders in the upper south or northern deep south.
Blacks don’t know how to grow food, they can’t garden, they can’t farm, they can’t hunt, they can’t craft bourbons or fermented goods (like hot sauces), they don’t really have any skill sets in cuisine other than buying spices we sell them.
The only people who believe blacks have flavorful food are non-southerners who bought some mass produced shit creole rub with a nigger mascot on it.
There are slight exceptions like the coastal SC nigs and some coastal La. nigs, and they still aren’t good at agriculture let alone permaculture, and they are a small micro-culture (Gulla and Geechee) that practically extinct. They can still make baskets though. That’s about all blacks are really known for. Their food is unremarkable at best, but their baskets are good.
