The spiciest peppers were developed by a white guy in North Carolina (Carolina Reaper). The best hot sauces you can get anywhere are ones made by small scale white farmsteaders in the upper south or northern deep south.
Blacks don’t know how to grow food, they can’t garden, they can’t farm, they can’t hunt, they can’t craft bourbons or fermented goods (like hot sauces), they don’t really have any skill sets in cuisine other than buying spices we sell them.
