Like the posts above me said, confronting someone is better than being passive aggressive. But if someone is being passive aggressive towards you, how is it possible to respond WITHOUT being the bad guy?
The only two possible responses are don't acknowledge it, or stoop to their level and be passive aggressive.
How does one handle such a situation tactfully?
