>>14620733How do you know what something is without having to see a floating picture of it spinning in your mind?
When you solve a difficult problem how does the solution come about? Do you manipulate an image in your mind? When you re call a memory are you in the first person seeing the person across from you playing back their words in order?
Yes to these is not good.
Sure it’s good to visualize. Example When you are specifically trying to escape a mistake loop, often happens in physical training
In essence you can know what is and what isn’t an apple theres no need to gawk at it floating in your minds eye. You’re mines I should be so how do I see it zoomed out that Apple is a concept that fits in to the lets say: web
Picturing an apple it in your mind it’s not going to help you survive or solve problems or become physically adept or serve any purpose really.
but it is a good way (and even required) for your brain to unwind after a long day of complex thinking.
What are you should be doing is figuring out which loops you are stuck in that are not serving you and how to break out into new loops that hopefully serve you better also learn to lucid dream it’s worth it
In a moment of true irony 0P he’s telling us that he cannot know something By knowing what it is and by what it is not so he has the picture of the thing in his head and then nod in agreement. Normal people only do this when their consciousness drops to a lower level EG: falling asleep dreaming lucid dreaming.
