>foodwht're you eating? it should be foods that you made yourself. this is helpful to you because (1) it forces you to think about what you're eating (2) you're performing a task, learning a skill, which can only help and never hinder you (3) you'll get a small sense of accomplishment in creating a decent meal
>sleepThis is extremely important. I don't know your body, but you do anon. we humans vary in our needs of sleep, anywhere from 4-12 hours a day. get to bed early, wake up early, preferably before or during the sunrise.
>exerciseone hour a day. hell even 15 minutes. you'll feel better, look better, and smell worse. :) But honestly, do these things and be persistent with it and all should go well for you.
These things should also help you with your depression. Keep at the sobriety, its good for you and might also be part of the reason you can't focus, you might have a mild addiction to alcohol.
