Not sure who Smolov is, I just looked up starting strength a long while back and change things up, as well as badgering a particularly athletic friend for advice, which he's usually happy to give. I have a rough schedule but I swap things around depending on how I feel. I usually have trouble getting to sleep if I don't do one or the other at this point.
