The ultimate plan was to promote the breeding of the most Aryan-looking Germans (blonde hair and blue eyes) so that the next generation of Germans would have a large amount of Aryan-looking people which would then become an even larger portion of Germany's population in subsequent generations.
To speed the process up, the Nazis had Aryan-looking women of breeding age become full-time baby makers and used Aryan-looking soldiers/SS about to head to the frontlines to impregnate one of these women.
