>>19939459>>>19939464A lot of people do know english here, like I implied with the "the book is on the table" being our "donde esta la biblioteca", english is taught here for everyone and english courses that span across 5 years are pretty cheap and pretty much everyone gets on those. So I should clarify that what I meant was that since the programming area is like "YOU NEED TO KNOW ENGLISH" everyone here puts on their resume that they are fluent even when they aren't.
