Currently there are a lot of shorts against oil/oil companies because of all the shit going on, but oil companies are pumping despite the biden dump. Most likely when OPEC cuts production on sunday we will see a week of pure pumpage, which will hit the resistance at 82 again and dump back down- but this third dump will lead to more shorts piling on, which will then see a massive upswing during the Summer Seasonality (TM).
