Only thing you can do is help your body raise it‘s temp by wearing warm stuff, getting under seven blankets, get a hot water bottle, take a hot shower and drink some hot tea or broth. If you help your body to get as hot as possible it will be over sooner because it‘s just trying to cook some virus or bacterias you picked up somehow. Idk how you did that but sounds like you did. When was the last time you got groceries?
