Holly hadn't exactly left on the best of terms with Ash. Hell, they'd never been on good terms. Romero had always been an obstacle, someone who sat higher up on the pyramid, who'd ostensibly thrown ropes down to the younger wrestlers. Ropes that Holly had always perceived to be venomous serpents.
The younger wrestler had come to the Dojo to apologise, but not to the veteran.

It wasn't a lie, but the words were more formality than anything.
