lucifer is just the name for venus. Jesus even calls himself this in revelation, although it is translated as "morning star". this is why there is a catholic hymn in latin that refers to Jesus as lucifer, and it makes protties ree and foam at the mouth. have you seen that clip of the old shriner saying good things about lucifer? that's because lucifer and Jesus are the same to them. they don't worship an oooga booga devil, it's a worship of mankind while denying the divinity of the creator.
