But once ya gal the Peng Princess of Piccadilly was all healed up, I thought I’d put my ear to the ground a bit, see if found some information you’d want. A few days later one of your boys sells me Silver Fox. I knew it was part Rush straight away, cause Lexi loves that shit in the pure form. Says it boosts her, you know, that draining men of their lifeforce shit all the family be on.”
“But not you?” Cassie asks.
“I can’t do it. And not because I never learned how like you and your sister. That part of me just ain’t there no more like it is with the rest of you, ya get me?” ArKade taps the briefcase. “So, I admit, I can't teach you about our bloodline’s dirty little secrets like Lexi can. But I can do lots for this business of yours. Swear down blud.”
ArKade gets to her feet, then rummages around in a pocket, before placing a piece of paper on the bar next to the briefcase. Two names are written on it. “Them the blokes stealing your Obsidian Rush to make Silver Fox. You’re welcome blud.”
ArKade backs away, a smile on her face. She knew the rumours about Cassie Kade’s criminal dealings and rise to power within the Irish organised crime scene well before Lexi confirmed them. She’d be a great ally to have. And one her skillsets would likely prove useful to.
And allies were needed in WWA. Fellow GJPW export MADDOTAKO was someone ArKade kept a close eye on, even after defeating her for the GJPW Intercontinental Championship. She was skillful, and formidable, yet she was taken out in a backstage assault because she was alone. ArKade wouldn’t make that mistake.
