i need someone to sign their name confirming that i acknowledge the risk that my graduation will be delayed by studying abroad due to the time it takes for credits to transfer and such. they don't even need to confirm that my plan to graduate is remotely reasonable, just officially recognize that i acknowledge the possibility it might not be.
being slow about it is one thing, but i can't move on to other paperwork until they sign this form, soon those deadlines will start coming up, and they haven't so much as acknowledged my attempts to get in contact with them in any way. there's not even a physical office on campus for me to camp out and ambush someone, so i'm really at a loss as to what i can do about it
