It is of my opinion that madam Cirno has been the head honcho of /r/banter for far too gosh darn long. Its about time that we replace her with a new queen- and I suggest Ritsu Tainaka. I ain't tryin to offend nobody, I am merely stirring the metaphorical pot. Perhaps ascendance to a new queen of /r/banter shall revitalize the forum and bring forth waves of exciting and original content, and gosh i reckon folks from every board all oer will be fixin on us.
