- [Related] if the program does not require any Japanese proficiency, you should still attempt to learn the basics for your own non-job purposes if you don’t know them, however don’t try to impress anyone, we don’t care, if we did we’d put Japanese as required.
- If you end up in a group interview, don’t worry about being the “leader” as those who try the hardest to take over the project the group is given often end up looking the worst. Focus on doing good work, you will be noticed.
