I worked for a tourist resort for 3 years and we'd take groups of girls like that all the time.
I've met christian girls, coy girls, very nice person kind of girls, total slut girls, young, mature... They all cheated on their boyfriends. All of them. Even one ugly chinese girl that was super quiet ended up being pushed by her friends into sleeping with another dude (although I don't know if this one in particular had a bf back home though).
Now, I'm not saying this will happen to you 100%, but I wouldn't say you'd 100% get cystitis if you jumped into a septic tank either and I'd still encourage you not to do it.
