Any kind of immersion is good, that's the only way you truly get fluent. But you have to do your homework first, you can't go to spain and say "hola spaniards, teach me spanish." thanks to the internet you can immerse yourself by watching spanish shows, engaging in spanish-only forumns, listening to spanish music/podcasts, etc. But you only know if you're worth your salt when you go to a spanish speaking country
