No I'm not a sex offender. When I got divorced there was a custody hearing to determine who got custody of my daughter. That's what happens. Joint custody was out of the question because my ex-wife didn't want to part with the child she pushed out of her. I tried to fight for custody but I had just gotten a new job and had a rather extensive mental ward history for PTSD and paranoid schizophrenic episodes.
She got custody and we parted ways. I moved back to Vegas to return to my home and I receive updates from her mom on what's going on. She got with some dude in his late 40's to take care of them and she stopped hoeing.
There's nothing that says I can't go see her it's just I prefer not to. Damaging her father figure early in life leads to terrible things in adolescent development. If she's ever curious of who I am in her life then she'll reach out to me when she's ready. I can wait. I'm not going anywhere.
