Hmm, interesting... that quake BD mentioned in Mexico not being natural.
Took a look at the heliplots here:
http://ds.iris.edu/wilber3/find_stations/11258213Now, one of my numerous unemployable-crazy-person talents, is being able to determine from such heliplots whether a quake is natural, or the result of a detonation.
This quake, however, appears to be natural in origin. Not P-wave dominant, not tapered-cone-shaped on the heliplot like nuclear detonations tend to be, but ovoid, like natural quakes tend to be.
(If it really WAS artificial, we might have become pretty darn good at faking these sorts of things.)
