You are wrong. Plenty of people who don't wish to make money use Twitch. I'm one of them.
While I could stream with Youtube, that would just open me up to ad revenue through that platform; what exactly is the difference? I do have a youtube by the way, I use it as a back up for my Twitch VOD's. I prefer the re-encoding options on Twitch: they let my friend Reimu join my streams more.
Also, what "payment plans"? Huh? What are you talking about?
