that's an unpleasnt amount of caffine you must feel awful, now that you've fucked around and found out I hope you dont repeat this experiment.
drink lots of water to help ur body flush it out, that amount of caffine is a diuretic also so make sure you eat/drink stuff with plenty of electrolytes or you'll get dehydrated despite drinking water.
