We are at the era/cycle of the ape
before us was the era/cycle of the serpent/reptillians who don't get along with apes and vice versa
and after is the era/cycle of the cat or cat evolved humans in that to them cats are what monkeys and apes are to us but they're human-like e.g no- or very less body hair, symmetrical features, small torso etc
