i do it mostly because i'm not 21 yet but now its become a hobby to see what i could make that doesnt taste like piss
i dont drink to just get drunk, and due to this i've been completely impartial to how the drink tastes and never really forcing myself to drink some of the pisswater i've made in the past
with the hot and dry american climate fermenting has been a bit tough and i keep getting fusel alcohols, but cherries always seem to be the magic thing that makes the drink amazing
now i've made 2 good runs in a row with similar methods and it tastes better than any soda i've had
i've also been looking into the idea of making some batches with the purpose of freeze distilling it all for more cocktails
on the other hand, heres my attempt at "oat beer" which i plan to try tonight
