>>8817497just hear me out mate. i started with pushups and treated them the same way i do dumbbell exercises 8 sets of 5 reps with a 30-40sec rest in between sets. want to do 50 pushups? it's a goal- sure- but being able to do stacks of pushups means you only really good at doing pushups. the way im doing them with rests, sets and reps really keeps my body hurting. this way i have never done an easy pushup and i reckon i get a lot more benefit as far as chest muscle size is concerned.
any /fit/anons get what im trying to say?
