Yes, there is female participation but literally only around 10% of the people who take part in that kind of heavy work are female. I feel gay whenever I do this, but look at this infograph. I'll give you the fishing one. That one is growing pretty well. Construction for females is also growing, but not as fast. Medicine IS growing for females, but it's normally weird shit like chiropractic fields, nutrition, pediatrician fields, vetinarian. Those are all important for the here and now, yes, and I appreciate the strides they've made given the working conditions, but you mainly see guys doing the groundbreaking stuff. Not because women can't, but because it seems like males are just more interested in, you know, progress, instead of just sustainability.
