People have withdrawn into six-month old generals because there isn't much interest to do anything in /bant/ outside of those. Which who are we kidding at this point, is what they are.
Other characters have tried to be culted like Duke', Polar Bear, and Leaf Girl in efforts to make more OC but there just isn't enough interest to keep those threads alive.
