>>4787421>if there was a way to entice them back they could help rebuildI disagree with a few points that you made, but with regards to addressing the brain-drain from Lebanon, I think one of the ways would be to allow mother's to pass on their Lebanese citizenship to their children. As the current law stands only father's or paternal grandfather's may grant Lebanese citizenship to their foreign born progeny.
