Why not work out at home, order food online, and pirate movies if everyone is so poor, work stressed, and hate their families? Well while all that is true, the bigger push factor is the realisation that death is guaranteed, it's shit for a decade before you literally fall apart, and for the same reason no one wants to make the world better, people would rather turn a blind eye to the whole thing.

Carehomes are hell on Earth. Just yesterday we took in a man who was admitted against his will to our hospital, because he has nowhere to live. So essentially his crime was being homeless, undocumented, and 30% Alzheimer's. He did NOT want to take the drugs, he did NOT want to stay in his room, he did NOT want to be locked up in a hospital until he dies.
But what the fuck you gonna do.
