I could see them swapping Josie out for someone else. Vance was useful as a camera man and bouncer so he definitely would be brought back. Of the S2 cast the only one I could see reasonably being brought back is Tay in place of Josie since she is far more disciplined and organized than any of the other S2 cast, also she has a gift for noticing when fish/freeloaders were reaching their limits and would back off immediately from fucking with them, that kind of observation is desperately needed in fishtank. Sam, Jet and Ben would ride a fish into the dirt then get frustrated with the show when the fish would collapse.
