I fry pancakes and meats on them.
For the pancakes not to stick you need the pan to be at the temperature at which the leidenfrost effect kicks in, you can test it by throwing a drop of water into the pan and see it skirting around the pan.
You can also fry ingredients and make sauces in them, because in that case it doesn't matter if it sticks, as you will pour water over it anyway and the stuck food will release.
