At one point in Akiabara while we were waiting at a crosswalk for the traffic to clear, we saw an airsoft firing range, and while we were making fun of it, a japanese guy with perfect english heard us, came up, and was telling us about a couple real firing ranges, and that they aren't as hard on guns as we had been led to believe. Turned out he was a dual citizen of Japan and Canada, and we hung out with him for a while as he showed us a few places we probably wouldn't have found otherwise.
