Not at fault, demands report and shouted financial threats towards the Pickup occupants, but has no insurance.

All they had to do was not freak out and cause a scene, and I would've never thought to check their IDs; and I would've just written a minor private property report and left it at that. I hate filing big ass reports and tickets as much as ppl hate getting them.
