Shinjis just retarded.The problem is that Shinji is ESL and speaks halting English at best. When on the show it was ok because he was competing with an ever diminishing number of contestants for attention, some of whom just fucking SUCKED at talking like TJ or would just isolate themselves away like Megan. In the livestreaming world he is competing against millions, many of whom are far better conversationalist than him because they're native speakers. Even during his podcast hour his best podcasts were with a partner, and almost always that partner was Tayleigh who has a great personality and a wide variety of interests to drive the conversation towards.
Shinji is correct in his assessment that he needs a partner, but he has fumbled right out of the gate and lost a lot of the opportunity window to succeed.
