Pray to the Almighty Father, and Christ the Redeemer. Pray for the Holy Queen Mary's Prayers, as well as those of the saints. Padre Pio comes to mind. And if need be, pray for the protection of the Archangels.
The fantastic thing about mental illness in general is that while normal people take their autonomy for granted, I would argue that autonomy becomes far more valuable to the ill, and therefore more worth fighting for. Life is a gift, and treat it with respect, owing that respect to our Divine Father.
