>>12855818It's absolute hell for anyone motivated by results. It grinds up talent very quickly. People with skills or talent are instantly overworked and never compensated enough. Eventually the only logical move is join the crowd and half-ass everything but then the despair of the situation starts bleeding over into every other aspect of your life. I have finally had enough and started pursuing a self-employment path. I'd rather work 80 hours a week making less money for myself than spend the rest of my life sitting in pointless meetings with retarded sub humans. Also, screencap this.....all of the comfy office jobs will be on the chopping within the next decade especially with remote work options. Outsourcing and undercutting is going to hit both blue collar and white collar jobs.
