There should be some incentive and infrastructure invested in Midwest and Southern America to properly fund and back something as eternal and reliable as manufacturing. Instead of spending all the money on war, spending all that money on border patrol, spending all that cash on tax cuts, we should be prioritizing the spending on the PEOPLE.
